Jayson's 2nd Birthday

We celebrated Jayson's birthday and Jaylin's birthday part 2 with the sharks at the Shark Reef in Mandalay Bay

But First we had Under the Sea Ramen at the house

And Candy Sushi...fun idea for you moms out there or adults too :) Sushi was made of pound cake, frosting, coconut and fruit roll-ups, then topped with gum drops, fish gummies and twizzlers
Surprised the kids actually ate most of the silly food...they had to add lots of salt and parmasean cheese for taste, since we didn't use the ramen powder

The whole DeGuzman clan came to Vegas to help celebrate. Luckily Jayson's birthday falls on Memorial Day weekend

Jayson at the sting ray pool. He was too scared to touch

Can't believe this big boy is 2 already!

Jayson praying for his food...hopefully he's praying that he will be a good boy for the day...that's what I usually pray for :)

Lake Las Vegas

That same weekend after Jayson's birthday, we also celebrated the homecoming of Uncle Rommel.

We took him to Jazz on the Lake at Lake Las Vegas. He was in Iraq for 10 months...We're so proud of you Rommel!

The kids had a good time having a picnic for dinner and running around playing in the grass

Jaylin's Birthday

Jaylin wanted another pool party this year!

She was very specific with her food too, she said she wanted Sushi, egg rolls and pansit...so of course Lola took care of it...she made Jaylin the whole tray of Sushi herself

and she wanted cupcakes, cookies and strawberries...so had to throw in the chocolate!

The 4 D's, Daphne, Dale, Darlene and baby DJ came to join us

The Julians, so nicely dressed and matchy in brown, so cute!

Jaylin in her risque bathing suit

Jaylin also picked her own cake from Cold Stone which was soo good, red velvet with cake batter ice cream

Pinata time!

Cute little DJ wanted to put the candy back in the pinata

After swimming, with their friends from school

Uncle Stace with Jayson and Christian...future basketball buds!

The girls playing with Jaylin's new bratz dolls after the party

Mom Day

Mother's day was pretty nice, Jay and Jayme woke up early to prepare BBQ

While Jaylin and I made bracelets for her upcoming birthday guests...it was addicting, I could just make bracelets all day!

Then we took Gabby for a walk...yup, they actually make bunny leashes

Cousins birthday in the bay

We started out the month with a quick road trip to Auntie Sheila's for Maddie's 2nd birthday and Marc's 8th birthday

It was at the new park in Evergreen
There was even a guest fairy to come play with the kids

Jaylin loved her, she was so amazed that she was a real fairy and couldn't believe that she really flies :)

Don't they look like animals on the animal planet channel or something...

like gorillas or monkeys :)
