Start of Summer = Pool Time

This month we were fortunate to check out a few of the newer Vegas hotel pools. My aunt was able to hook us up with 2 free nights at the "M" Hotel. Very nice place, similar to Red Rock. We stayed Sunday and Monday night so it was not busy at all, pretty much had the pool to ourselves

the rooms were nice too...kinda freaky you can see the tub through the main room

Align CenterThen Tish and Rommell stayed at Excalibur the following weekend and invited us to join them. The remodeled their pool. Pretty nice...kids had so much fun, especially shooting daddy and Uncle Rommel and going down the slide

Uncle brought these cool water squirters, the kids were screaming having so much fun!

Jay dying as Jayson shot him

ended the day with shopping at Town Square...the three little ladies got new shades

Rodeo Birthday Party

Haven't done a joint birthday since Jayson turned one, because Jaylin does not like to share her birthday :) but told her she had to if she wanted it at McKee Ranch. The pony rides is what hooked me...in addition to feeding animals, food, cake and games all included in the birthday package
my cowgirl...the inspiration of the party theme...she found this dress and was talking about being a cowgirl for Halloween...then for her bday asked Lola for a pink cowgirl hat, so then of course had to get the pink boots from work

my cowboy, ready to shoot people

pony rides

and feeding animals were so much fun the hayride was an extra fun surprise that I didn't know they were going to do

games...chicken dance, the macarena, musical chairs

and if that wasn't enough they could play on the many play areas they had

dinner time! bday kids got to ring the bell
l
hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken and all the sides

and a bunch of snacks provided throughout the party

cake time!

Jaylin left with a wheelbarrow full of gifts...thanks everyone for spoiling our kids :)

guests left with goodie bags and cookie favors

Was a fun time, we are so lucky to have this ranch so close to our house, somewhere we will definitely be visiting more often. And we now have to officially get used to saying our kids are 9,7 and 4 :) We are so blessed, thanks everyone for the birthday wishes, gifts and fun!

My little grad

Jayson graduated from pre pre school :) so next year he will be in preschool, K4, was so cute of his school to have this little ceremony
he was so excited, they did their pledges, sang songs and then got their certificates

check out these kids doing their pledges, plege of allegience to the american flag, christian flag and to the bible...have to work on which hand goes over his heart :)

Legoland

Started off 5/1 with a trip to Legoland for cousin Maddie and Marcus's birthday

first ride was a boat cruise

reminders of home

place was packed, but at least the kids got to drive, that's what they were looking forward to

Jaylin wanted to rock climb, was so proud she made it all the way

UP
to the side
and to the top!

so nice we got to see Uncle Howard there
and meet Naomi, love those droopy cheeks!
stayed til the very end to see fireworks
celebrated the rest of the weekend at Uncle's house...birthday princess Maddie...after lunch and cake, silly string fight

kids playing football which meant the kids all run

to block and tackle Unlce Rommel while one person has the football and runs to the finish line

then on the way home, because I was so disappointed that Legoland no longer has funnel cake...we settled for crepes instead :)

pretty tasty at Crepes de Paris in Victorville
